For more than 20 years, Sandra Bacheller has been dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services throughout Arizona. Originally born in Brazil, Sandra moved to the United States in 1967, bringing with her a strong work ethic, deep appreciation for family, and a passion for creating beautiful, welcoming spaces.
DJ Maintenance has proudly served Arizona's luxury residential market for more than four decades. Founded in 1982 by Don and Judy Schroeder, the company began as a specialized cleaning service for high-end custom home builders, earning a reputation for quality, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail. For over 40 years, DJ Maintenance has been trusted to prepare some of Arizona's finest homes for their owners.
When Sandra purchased DJ Maintenance in 2002, she was committed to preserving the company's reputation while building upon its strong foundation. As she worked closely with builders and homeowners, a common request began to emerge. Homeowners who had experienced the exceptional level of cleaning provided during the construction process wanted that same quality of service after moving into their homes.
After years of hearing those requests, Sandra expanded the company's focus beyond post-construction cleaning to include luxury residential cleaning services. Her vision was simple: homeowners should be able to enjoy the same meticulous care and attention that their homes received before move-in day.
Sandra's approach to residential cleaning has always differed from the industry norm. Rather than sending one or two cleaners into a home for an entire day, DJ Maintenance deploys highly trained crews of six to seven team members. This unique team-based approach allows work to be completed efficiently while minimizing the amount of time spent in a client's home. More importantly, it ensures the level of detail, consistency, and thoroughness that luxury homes—and their owners—deserve.
As a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Sandra understands the importance of home and the comfort that comes from walking into a clean, well-maintained space. While she enjoys traveling and exploring new places, Arizona has always been home, and she takes great pride in serving the community she loves.

Cleaning Cost Estimate
Following your complimentary pre-cleaning consultation, we’ll prepare a personalized cleaning estimate based on your home’s unique characteristics and your priorities. Because no two homes—or homeowners—are alike, every proposal is tailored specifically to your needs.

Cleaning is Completed
On your scheduled service day, we arrive with a professional, supervised cleaning team selected specifically for your home or property. Our highly trained team follows the customized cleaning plan developed during your consultation, so there are no surprises and no unnecessary upselling. We focus on delivering exactly the services you requested, with the care and consistency you expect.
Post Cleaning Inspection
Once the cleaning is complete, we perform a thorough Post Cleaning Inspection to ensure every detail meets our high standards and your expectations.
Our team uses a detailed checklist to review each area of your home or property. If anything needs attention, we address it immediately—because your satisfaction is our priority.
